Don't forget a swimsuit, goggles and a towel. The water can be cold, a rash guard shirt can help. For safety purposes children with long hair, boys and girls, need to tie their hair back or wear a swim cap. If hair is long in front and won't tie back wear a swim cap. |

The Division 4 Meet of Champs will be held at the Tompkins High School Natatorium on Tuesday, June 26 at 6 pm, with warmups starting at 5 pm. Participation in the Meet of Champs is a coach selection based on rules outlined by WHALe. If your child is swimming at the Meet of Champs, you are required to volunteer. If you are unable to volunteer at the Meet of Champs, please mark your swimmer as unable to attend. |
